Our Residential Maintenance Programs insure that our clients' landscape investment is properly maintained. We have two outstanding programs available:
Weekly Maintenance Program
The weekly program offers our clients a maintenance program which covers all aspects of their landscape maintenance needs. The weekly program is truly an A to Z program specifically designed for those clients who expect a meticulously maintained landscape. A specially trained crew will perform all the weekly service functions which are as follows:
- Lawn Maintenance
- Ground Cover Control
- Weed Control
- Cultivating of Beds
- Leaf Removal
- Edging
- Clean up of landscaped area each visit
Seasonal Maintenance Program
The seasonal program offers a solution for our clients who do not have a need for a weekly maintenance program. A specially trained crew will perform all the seasonal service functions which are as follows:
- Ground Cover Control
- Fertilization
- Hydro Seeding
- Weed Control
- Cultivating of Beds
- Trenching of all Bed Lines
- General landscape cleanup
We recommend this service two to three times per year.
Commercial Maintenance Programs
We know that the responsibility of today's property managers are great. With security, budgeting and demanding tenants, time management becomes a major focus. We can not reduce those problems but can lessen the amount of time you will need to spend managing your landscaping and snow removal with our maintenance services. When you become a customer of Ruff Landscaping, Inc. you are assigned an account manager that is responsible for your property. Your account manager will oversee aspects of your exterior maintenance and provide you with a reporting system that will keep you up to date on the condition of your property. We will monitor the health of your landscape, as well as, offer you ideas on how to enhance your overall landscape for the long term. Along with our lawn services our snow and ice removal services are just as important. Ruff Landscaping, Inc. uses variety of professionally maintained equipment for snow and ice removal, Inc.luding a fleet of trucks, bobcats equipped with snow blades, and walk-behind plows. More important than equipment is the experience and dedication of our people, most of whom have been removing snow and ice for years, often in the middle of the night so all paths to your property are clear first thing in the morning. Your dedicated account manager will provide you with a 24-hour emergency contact phone number and will ensure efficient service.
